Long Beach Crawfish & Lobster Festivals

LONG BEACH, CA. June 30, 2009—O Entertainment, Inc., the largest outdoor festival producer in Southern California, is thrilled to announce the return of their beloved crustacean appreciation festivals, the Long Beach Crawfish Festival and the Original Long Beach Lobster Festival. Both extravaganzas are part of the Long Beach Sea Festival, a three month celebration of the southern California experience highlighted in a series of beach, ocean and summer-fun events.

The 16th Annual Long Beach Crawfish Festival

August 1st – 2nd, 2009

Saturday, August 1st: 12noon – 11pm

Sunday, August 2nd: 12noon – 10pm

The 16th Annual Long Beach Crawfish Festival serves mouth-watering Cajun Crawfish dinners! Delicious Louisiana-style crawfish prepared to spicy perfection by chefs from Bristol Farms in the world’s largest crawfish steamers. Crawfish feasts include succulent red baby potatoes, buttery corn on the cob and creamy, delectable remoulade dipping sauce. Dance to incredible live Cajun, Zydeco and New Orleans bands. Also, giant food court, beach bars and a children’s area create the nation’s largest Crawfish Festival experience outside of Louisiana.

The Original Long Beach Lobster Festival

September 11 – 13, 2009

Friday, September 11th: 5pm – 11pm
Saturday, September 12th: 12noon – 12 Midnight
Sunday, September 13th: 12noon – 10pm

The Original Long Beach Lobster Festival features the freshest Maine Lobsters flown in nightly from the icy waters of the salty Atlantic Ocean. Bristol Farms Master Chef Bruce Jacobs and crew serve unforgettable Lobster Dinners, steamed to mouth-watering perfection. Feasts include; sweet, succulent lobster, melted butter dipping sauce, fresh cut lemons, coleslaw, dinner roll and watermelon. Also, International food court, beer & wine gardens, arts & crafts booths, amazing live entertainment, dancing and a special children’s area, create an authentic east coast Lobster love-fest, right here in Southern California.
