LAS VEGAS (July 2009) – Due to popular customer demand, Papillon Airways, Inc. now offers a $50 upgrade for passengers wishing to sit in the front seat of their helicopter tour or a $10 upgrade for those requesting a window seat aboard aircraft.
“In the past, we randomly assigned passengers to their seats,” says Robert Graff, vice president of marketing, Papillon Airways, Inc. “But for many, these tours are often their once-in-a-lifetime experience and they asked if there was a way to pay a nominal upgrade so they could receive preferred seating. Customers asked for this, we listened.”
Papillon offers more than 50 types of tours by helicopter, airplane or ground. Tours showcase the Southwest’s finest destinations including Grand Canyon, Lake Mead, Monument Valley, Lake Powell and more.
“We fly over these incredible locations and for those who experience the airplane tours, the windows are four to five times the size of standard airline windows. They were made specifically for sightseeing and patented by Papillon. With this new upgrade, they can ensure they are right up front and see an incredible side of these destinations,” concludes Graff.
